We got there and the lock would not open we entered the code we were given and nothing so i meesaged host and they got back to me they had changed the code without telling me and the house was at 64 inside the thermostat did not work. I contacted the host again with no reply until the next day so my family slept in a cold house all night. I was then contacted that someone was going to do a owner inspection the next day . 20 mins later a guy came over to look at the pool table because he was going to buy it but was not the owner. I contacted the host via the number they told me about the inspection which was suppose to be to fix the heater too. They then said they were going to have someone come look at it. Finally someone came to look at it around 4pm which were in this house all night and day with no heat. It worked fine until that night some time it just stopped workijg again and we woke up tk a cold house again. Definitely will not be using this host if i run across another property ran by them
