The AuroraSphere has been thoughtfully designed to combine comfort with adventure.

There is no Wi-Fi, no television and no cell service.

Instead, you'll find birdsong, fresh mountain air, wildlife, crackling campfires and some of the darkest skies in Alberta.

Wildlife & Adventure

Set within Rock Lake Provincial Park, adjacent to Jasper National Park and the Willmore Wilderness, adventure begins the moment you arrive.

Hike directly from the property, explore nearby Rock Lake, photograph wildlife or simply relax on your private deck as deer, moose, birds and other wildlife pass through the forest.

Don't miss Hoff Ridge, a spectacular hike starting from our property and featured on AllTrails, offering incredible 360-degree mountain views.

Dark Sky Destination

The AuroraSphere was built for stargazing.

With virtually no light pollution, the night sky comes alive with thousands of stars, the Milky Way stretching overhead and, when nature cooperates, unforgettable displays of the Aurora Borealis.

Good to Know

• The dome is reached via a private 300-foot uphill forest trail from the parking area and is not accessible by vehicle.

• On warm sunny days, the transparent dome naturally heats up. Curtains and our solar-powered air conditioning system help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

• The AuroraSphere is designed for only two guests.

• No pets permitted.
