„The house is situated in the ideal spot on a peninsula. You feel like you have privacy without feeling totally isolated. The house is way cool. The view is awesome from the living room. The dock is a great bonus even if you’re just gonna watch the sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins swimming fairly close nearly every day. Just a tad disappointed in the fishing situation there at the house. I didn’t catch a fish at all and I tried for days. Went to North State Guide services and had a great day ...

„Stayed here for 4 nights, during our move out of the area. Home is comfortable and our daughter loved the kid touches. The basket of toys and books were so much fun for her. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Two minor downsides, the kitchen showed some remnants of bugs. The owner said she was going to call pest control, but this was obviously missed by the cleaning crew. Additionally, there is quite a walk from where you park (near the garage) to the front door. ...

„Im Hus findet man alles ws man braucht. Die Zimmer sind hpbsch ei gerichtet und komplette Küche. Einzig der kleine Pool hinter dem Haus könnte noch etwas sauberer sein und Schirme wären gut! Lage super um Tagesausflüge auf die Outerbanks oder nach New Bern, Beaufort oder Atlantic City zu machen.“

„Rented the property for my daughter’s graduation from ECU. So glad we picked this tranquil spot to stay rather than the city! The house has lots of space, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the view from the living room is spectacular! Most of our time was spent sitting in the yard just talking! Enjoyed sun rises on the pier and some fishing, even though the fish weren’t biting much!“

„This clean and cozy VRBO is positioned perfectly within historical downtown Newbern. The Tryon Palace is directly across the street. Atlantic beach is 45 minutes away. You are in walking distance to many different types of restaurants. It was a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. We will be staying here again.“

„A little pricey for me, and the house itself I would rate as funky but chic, but its right on the creek with beautiful views and a short drive to town. Eagles flying about. Kayaks, etc. Should have brought my boat but its 800 miles to where i live. We went in late March, would be great in the warm months. I give it a 4 out of 5. Do it.“
