„Overall a very positive stay. The apartment is in Résidence Prestige Odalys l'Éclose. We (one adult, two teenagers) stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had a double room, a bunk room and a lounge with a sofa bed. The apartment is advertised for six, which would be quite snug - for three of us it was perfect. Key highlights: - New property, so both the apartment and all the facilities in the building are in excellent condition - Good general facilities - bar, breakfast available, boot ...

„La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite. L'accueil est agréable. Le personnel à l'écoute. Nous avons pu arriver avant l'horaire prévue ce qui est un vrai plus. Par contre le logement est vétuste. La literie très mauvaise. Et la propriété de l'appartement laisse un peu à désirer tout comme les communs de la résidence. “

„Has to be the nicest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in during our 14 years of skiing. Large 4 bedroom apartment chalet with private sauna and lane pool. Big kitchen/living area, comfortable bedrooms, and heated boot room. Central location, does have a steep hill up to chalet, but keeps you fit .Would recommend hiring lockers near ski lift if you don’t want to carry your skis up every day. Overall fabulous stay.“

„Beautiful apartment in a great location, just missing a few basic necessities (e.g. toilet paper, washing supplies and soap) and it would have been better to book directly with the local agent rather than leavetown who gave inaccurate information as bedding and towels were said to be included in the booking but were not there when we arrived. Thankfully the local agent assisted and took the complaint at the inaccurate listing to the 3rd party (leavetown). We would book directly with the local ...

„Family trip to Alpe d'Huez for Tomorrowland. The property worked out very well. There was plenty of space for everyone. The Wellness center, ski room and sunny porch were much appreciated. The online listing should be updated. It states there is no Wifi so we ordered and paid for a Wifi box which we didn't need. The property has Wifi. The only other suggestion is to stock the property with toilet paper and a couple of trash bags. “

"Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort auf Durchreise nach Spanien. Konnten nicht besser landen. Das Hotel ist zwar von den Zustand etwas älter aber trotzdem noch ganz ok. Unseres Apartment war groß, sogar mit einem Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Kaffemaschine und eine kleine Küchezeile. Echt top. Die Anbindung an Zentrum der Stadt perfekt! In paar schritten Straßenbahn was will man mehr. Würden sogar sehr positiv überrascht dürch sehr netten kontakt mit Mitarbeiterin die in unsere Muttersprache gesprochen hatte. Würden wieder dort übernachten und empfehlen es aufjedenfall! "

"Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit großem Garten. Hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer mit guten Betten und kleinem Kühlschrank. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet für 18 Euro p.P. - alternativ gibt es nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt eine gute Bäckerei, die auch Kaffee anbietet."

"Seit einer Woche bin ich wieder zuhause. Mir wurde versprochen dass die Kaution und der 5 mal zuviel bezahlter Frühstilück auf mein Konto überwiesen wird. Es ist immer noch nichts geschehen. Auf meine Mails gibt es keine Antwort!"

"The house is super cozy and also bigger than it looks in the pictures, I think. There is something new to discover in every corner.It is mainly heated by fire, but it worked well and was very cozy.You shouldn't expect hotel cleanliness. But it was nothing that could be removed with little effort.Serge and his son were wonderful hosts and very nice and helpful.We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)"
