Resort is made up of many levels so if you're at a bottom room of the resort, it's quite a trek up to reception.
Lovely views of Palm Beach though.
On checking in, staff were standing around using bad language, not very professional.
Thought we would eat in the restaurant however after inquiring about dinner times, were told then it was closed for a private function, bar and all!
Room was very "open plan" so if your happy to have the ironing board as a room feature, the place is for you.
Cobb webs hanging from the ceiling.
A half used shampoo sachet was part of the bathroom amenities.
Asked at reception for some more to be told "she use to have a supple in reception to hand out, but they're all gone now". No offer of help, just tough luck. No house keeping available.
No phone in the room. Reception closed at 5 so no-one to help.
No compendium in the room either so no information about the resort. There were bottles of wine in the room, one assumes to buys but no price list and the receptionist didn't know the costs and didn't offer to find out for us either.
Mini Golf an extra charge, shame we thought it might have been complementary for house guests.
Went to have our paid breakfast on Monday to be told the restaurant closes Monday through Thursday. I had to ask to get money off the bill, even then they didn't know how much to deduct.
Friendly staff, but NOT particularly pro-active.
Resort quite a distance from the town of Oneroa and not walk-able.
