Our cosy apartment is the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Designed with comfort in mind, it features a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing home-cooked meals, a Smart TV for your entertainment, and a super comfy bed for a restful night’s sleep. For those who need to work, there’s a dedicated study room with a spacious work desk. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on the private balcony.

We offer our guests free unlimited WiFi, fresh towels, and high-quality bed linens. A welcome pack with essential starter amenities is provided to make your arrival seamless. To ensure the apartment is in pristine condition, we partner with a top-notch cleaning company, so you can expect everything to be perfect for your stay.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 490 Queen St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 13 minute walk or 7 minute drive from the apartment. They are open 24/7 for collection at any time. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date

Parking: While we do not offer free parking for this building, there is convenient street parking right outside, which is reasonably priced and free during evenings and weekends.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 3 x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
