Welcome to my modern two-bedroom, two-storey townhouse, designed to be your comfortable home away from home.

Downstairs features an open-plan living and kitchen area, while both bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. You'll be sharing the home with me, the owner, and my room is the other separate room.


The Space

Your private room is located to the left of the bathroom at the top of the stairs. It includes a comfortable queen-size bed, bedside table with lamp, and a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

Parking
• One allocated parking space available (details provided after booking)
• Please ensure you park in the designated spot to avoid towing (at your own cost)
• Additional free street parking available

Safety Features
The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for your safety.
The room door you can lock and unlock with a key from the outside and turn button from inside.

Guest Access & Check In
Self check-in instructions will be provided after booking and prior to arrival for a smooth experience.
