Please note: This is a hotel style room without a full kitchen. There is a door connecting the adjacent room which has been permanently locked for security purposes, with no access between the two rooms. Some noise from the neighbouring room may occasionally be heard. Earplugs are provided for your comfort.



Guest Access:

Guests staying in this privately owned studio apartment within Adina CityLife Auckland have full access to the entire unit. You’re also welcome to use shared amenities, including the indoor pool and gym on Level 2. Please note that hotel reception services, such as check-in and luggage storage, are not available.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:



*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.



* As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 refundable damage deposit is required as part of our online check-in process. Guests will be asked to securely provide credit card details through the check-in form before arrival. Depending on the length of stay, the deposit will either be temporarily authorised on your card or charged. Any hold will be released or payment refunded within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no damage are found. This is not an extra charge, but a refundable security measure to protect the property.



Self check-in to this apartment:



*Key pick-up is at 3/22 Durham St West, just 1 min walk from your apartment, further Self-Check In instructions will be sent before your arrival date.



*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but you may store your luggage at the key pick up location at a fee.



*Our check-in time is and after 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.



During stay & Departure:



*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.

Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.



*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.

For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.



*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.



*Our latest check-out time is 10am.



Interaction with Guests:

We'll give guests space, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time.
