Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark allocated to this property

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

Doesn't feel safe, can't recommend

This could have been a very nice stay but sadly it ended up being quite a mixed bag of ups and downs.The managing agency makes you submit personal id and a bond, and I understand why, but it feels awkward and corporate from the start.The property itself isn't as private as we thought from the description, and is shared with 2 the properties in the back.It's listed as sleeping 6, but in short supply (4 each) of a bunch of basic items like dinner table chairs, small plates, large plates, bowls, cups etc. and some missing basics.The inside is clean on the surface but if you look closely it feels very rushed (mouldy blinds, overflowing rubbish bins, don't look at the top of the range hood, ...).It sits in the middle of large long term road works which would have been nice to have known up front, even on the odd chance the owners only found out shortly before our stay.The biggest issue for us was insecure access to the gate and front door (for reasons I do not want to state publicly), so we did not feel safe there with our kids, or leaving any items behind unattended. This was escalated immediately to the agency twice, but all we got in response was a very corporate 'We take security seriously' - and no further action or response. There are security cameras outside the house but who knows who's watching.
