„It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep.“

„This property is everything we hoped for! We were traveling with 5 families for an ice hockey tournament at a nearby rink and needed a place big enough to accommodate us (8 adults and 8 kids). There was plenty of space to cook, to eat and to hang out. It was spacious enough for the kids to have their own space. Everything was immaculate and felt so clean and new. The host was very attentive, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return if we play near by again!“

„This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay.“

„Our stay was fine. The house did what it was suppose to do, it allowed us to sleep, eat breakfast, and pack lunches to explore RI. The queen bed was only a double, the kitchen had enough plates & utensils for a family of 4, and there isn’t any comfortable seating. It was clean.“

„The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for 6 people. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very accommodating, overall we were happy with our stay. There are only a few things I would recommend. In the future I would let renters know that there are tenants that live in the basement, it was surprising to hear voices coming from downstairs without knowing. „The house and property was warm, inviting and immaculate. So many amenities and extras if you wanted to bbq or cook. We did not as part of being on vacation is not cooking and cleaning up. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to a beautiful walking/bike trail and a park. Byron and Robin were always available if needed and were so gracious to making sure our stay was fantastic. „Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed.“
