The room was on the ground floor, had no balcony, but two large and bright windows that gave the garden, so always with a panoramic view, maybe this did not go well since the first moment. The blankets and sheets we checked together that they were optimal and dry, you insisted on the pillows, and we pointed out that they were others already prepared, in the closet (absurd not having seen them). You have had a difficult behavior from the first moment of check-in. Our availability has always been at the highest levels, even when every time you knocked on the front door, do not attenadavate the opening, practically simultaneous, but pushed hard, forcing the lock until the third day of permanence, you have permanently broken the same. That's why the staff tried to make you understand the mistake, but you abruptly answered badly. The hotel did not charge the damage. Also the last 2 days we were able to change you room, nevertheless your behavior has always been hostile. For parking, distance and cost had been promptly communicated at the time of booking, which you have never answered. The availability of the staff was at the top until check-out at 5 am, advising you the best way to go, it seemed that you had appreciated, all with a smile and a thank you obviously fake ..... but no problem we are very sporting ... we are able to make a good face in a bad way !!! Wir waren froh, nach Ihrer Rückkehr an die Amalfiküste und vor allem in unserem Hotel, waren wir uns, dass Sie die Nachricht wie immer und die Verpflichtung, die wir für unsere Arbeit widmen, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste, speziell und unvergesslich zu machen. Sinceramente, non abbiamo il tempo né la voglia di rispondere ad ospiti che nonostante non abbiamo apprezzato il nostro servizio, ma soprattutto la nostra disponibilità, hanno sicuramente ed a pieno beneficiato della nostra struttura, restando sin dal check-in con una scostumatezza esemplare e non curanti delle benché minime regole alberghiere...mai ospitato una clientela simile….. resta inutile firmarsi "Anonimo", visto che sappiamo perfettamente chi ha avuto questo comportamento deplorevole….. Un consiglio diretto: evitate di fare vacanze ed indicarvi come ospiti...per ogni albergo...l'ospite è sacro...ma voi di "sacralità" non ne meritate neanche una porzione quanto un granello di sabbia, vista la vostra scostumatezza, irriverenza e cattiveria gratuita!!!
