We suggest you kindly to take a moment to read the following document which will be provide important information to ensure you a pleasant vacation.
After your reservation as per the Greek Law requirement you will be asked to provide your passport.

PARKING : No private parking on property However, there free street parking on the street of the house.

HOUSE RULES

- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. In case we find evidence of smell or ashes inside the unit you will be charged from your deposit the amount of 100 euros.
- Lost keys: There will be a penalization charge of 50,00 euros in case of losing the keys.

- Never take our bath towels at the beach or pool.
- Please respect the house and the amenities and let us know of any damage in advance.
- Please close air-conditioning when not in the house.
- Never throw papers and other objects in the toilet. Athens building sewer system is old and it is important that NO paper or other items are flushed through the toilet as blockage is very easy to occur. In such case you will be charged 150 euros (cost of pipes unblockage)
- The sleeping time of you and other guests is really important. Kindly respect the quiet hours & please ensure that there is no problem with noise.
According to Greek Law Quiet Hours are: 1 April – 30 Sept: 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-08.30 & 1st October – 31 March: 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-08.30. During that time is NOT allowed any music or loud noise. If there is a need of letting you know more than 2 times about noise or music we will proceed with the local authorities to remove you from the premises.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring non guests at the house. A Reminder that there is a CCTV camera outside
- We are not responsible for 3rd party services (water, internet, power) and will not refund for shortages.

POOL RULES
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk
- Watch your step on slippery surfaces.
- Shower is required before entering the pool.
- No Parties, No music in the pool area at any time
- No diving and no running around the pool area.
- Glassware and crystal bottles are not allowed on the pool area.
-The usage of pool by children under 18 without adult supervision is strictly forbidden.
Please make sure that kids are always supervised when in the pool area or around it as the surface is very slippery when wet.
-Is is strictly forbidden to bring non hotel guests to the pool area. The pool can only take a certain amount of people otherwise the water can be contaminated and water replacement will be needed and you will be required to cover the cost (500euros)

*Check in -out Please note: We kindly ask you not to ask last minute for a late check out as 99% we cannot fulfil your request since the house is fully booked and from the check out time which is 11:00 we need the time to clean the apartment. For that reason check in and out times have to be strickly followed

We are Pet Friendly accommodation but we cannot accept all breeds and big gods. Please send us a message prior to booking..

We have the following Rules for our guests with Animals. This ensures that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!

•Your Animal should not be left unattended at any time otherwise in a crate if not barking. You *must* have and use a crate for your Assistance Animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water.
•Your Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Please provide an advance copy of your Animal's vaccines health passport Current rabies vaccines are required by our town.
•Your Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Please walk your Assistance Animal outside for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up the defecations immediately as per the Greek Law
•Please keep your Animal off the furniture and beds
•You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs or replacements.
