I was in Athens for a few days and booked this hotel. The staff was very nice and kind, the room and the hotel were clean. My room had AC. The breakfast had a lot of choice. After a long day of sightseeing i went to the rooftop bar, I liked the view from the bar a lot. Public transportation was close. I really enjoyed my time in Athens, after that I went by Seajets to Santorini.

Besonders schön war der Pool mit Restaurant/Bar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral. Das einzige Manko ist das Frühstück: es gibt keine Wurst oder Schinken als Belag und die Brötchen sind klein und hart. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gut.

Clean, a lot of space, very nice receptionist, but furniture and decoration a bit old fashioned and air conditioning did not work properly, which was a bit of an issue in summer Athens.

Mehr als 4 Sterne !!!! Hotel zwar alt aber FEIN und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Umgebung sicher. In der nähe 2 U-Bahn Haltestellen. In 3 Stationen ist man im Zentrum. Kann nur empfehlen. Die Aussicht von 20. Stockwerk Pool/Bar muss man gesehen haben.

The hotel was acceptable for a four star one. However I had a terrible experience with the reception staff, when I asked information on how to get to the airport by bus. The receptionist said she did not know other than to take a "taxaki" ie a taxi, when I insisted she asked me to ask the porter who told me that the bus costs 8 Euros and only goes every hour. This contradicted what I had seen at the internet of fare of 6 Euro ( 3 Euro for me as a retiree) and that there is a bus every 15 minutes. The porter was persuasive so I thought the internet info was out of date perhaps and took a taxi which costed me 40 Euros. Later in the plane I was told by a co passenger that this is common, they give such info in order to cash commission from the taxi drivers!!! Please ask the hotel to reimburse me the Euro 37 and train its staff to know how one gets by bus to the airport and not mislead the customers especially poor retirees.

The hotel looks great and modern compared with many other hotels nearby and rated 4 stars, but overall service is bellow 3 stars. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for a whole family and had a late arrival. The front desk was wide open when we arrived, but it took over 15 minutes to complete the check-in process. Then it turned out that the front desk staff gave us a wrong room with one full bed instead of 2 twin beds we had requested. We had to go back to the front dest requesting a different room, the staff was very defensive saying all the requests are not guaranteed according Expedia’s website. Finally, they changed one of our rooms to a different floor that’s very inconvenient for a family. To access to the hotel’s Gym is very inconvenient too. you have to go to the front desk to request, then they will arrange a staff to open the door for you so you can get in. When we asked if we can borrow a key to access the Gym, front desk staff became very unfriendly and defensive. Also beware, the pool is listed in the hotel’s amenities but it’s only seasonal. It didn’t open when we stayed there.

We did not get a chance to truly appreciate the property as much as we liked due to flight delays but this hotel was pretty nice and advance. The staff were friendly and the amenities were amazing. Our only regret is not having enough time to truly appreciate the hotel and what it truly had to offer. Also, the food at the buffet was top tier and was very fresh. The inside of the hotel is very luxurious as well.

The pool is not operational, consider this while booking. My whole experience in greece was awesome, whoever this hotel ruined it a bit. The staff is not courteous, when we complained about the key is not working , the guy in front desk said in anger we must be doing something wrong.
