Hellhörig. Hält überhaupt nicht, was es verspricht
Schmutzige Bettwäsche, Renovation auf Suite Etage ab 8 Uhr ohne Vorankündigung (Schleifen von Fensterrahmen) über Stunden. Selbst beste Zimmer Kategorie ist sehr klein. Häuslicher Ausblick in jede Richtung. Keine Privatsphäre auf eigener Terrasse. Kein Sonnenschutz. Keine Privatsphäre im Zimmer, weil öffentliche Terrasse vor Bad und Schlafzimmer Fenster liegt. Hellhörig innen und von aussen. Lift laut, klein und nur über Treppe erreichbar. Duschtemperatur sehr schlecht einstellbar. Hervorgehobene Sicht auf Akropolis nur sehr eingeschränkt. Desinteressierter Hotelmanager. WC im öffentlichen Bereich sehr schmutzig.

Dear guest, We are very sorry to hear that you were so dissatisfied with your stay at our hotel. We always try our best to give our guests the best experience possible. The rooms, as well as the whole hotel area including the public restroom, the hallways, the reception lobby and the rooftop, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. We have never heard a single complaint about the cleanliness of any part of the hotel, especially the rooms. Nonetheless, we will forward your complaints to our cleaning department. Concerning the noise coming from the windows, it was an urgent matter unfortunately. The guest that stayed there managed to break one of the windows and it had to be replaced immediately since we were fully booked. Regarding the suites’ characteristics and specifications, there is nothing that is not mentioned in the Expedia site when you book for a room. The photos also show the room exactly as it is in real life. There is no possibility you can be misled if you take everything into account. We loved the quaint, boutique experience of Belle Époque Suites. The staff were lovely and helpful to arrange transportation. Perfect location to roam around the city center and all major attractions of Athens. The suite was quiet and well appointed with lush soaps and coffee. We enjoyed the breakfast on our last morning and were delighted with omelettes and Greek yogurt with honey and hazelnuts.

The room was big with a sitting area, walkable to most attractions from Acropolis, Monastraki square, to syntagma square passing through ermu shopping street. They do not have any affiliation to tours agents so you have to arrange yours on the internet

Superb hotel
Location was fantastic! Staff members are all kind and helpful. First night was very noisy but rest were peaceful. If I can have variety in breakfast that would be nice but overall it was a fantastic stay and love to come back!

L'hotel è complessivamente buono ma ci sono alcuni aspetti ampiamente migliorabili. 1) Necessita di maggiore attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Personalmente mi è stato chiesto un doppio addebito del soggiorno nonostante avessi già pagato e saldato con Expedia. Non ho ricevuto nessun upgrade della camera nonostante fossi nella categoria "vip access". Le addette alla reception risultano in ogni caso molto gentili e disponibili. Nulla da segnalare su di loro. 2) La colazione offre poca scelta e il personale del ristorante dove avviene la colazione offre un servizio appena sufficiente. A fatica ti accoglie con un sorriso e ti degna di uno sguardo. Nonostante la sala fosse praticamente vuota i due camerieri sono rimasti concentrati solo sui loro smartphone. Nel buffet non è presente nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua. Ho chiesto dell'acqua e mi è stato dato un bicchiere riempito con acqua del rubinetto per di più tiepida. Il barman era anche abbastanza scocciato di questa richiesta. 3) Il quartiere risulta molto piacevole, ricco di ristoranti di ogni tipo e ben collegato con il resto della città.

The room was high quality, spacious, and pleasingly furnished. The bathroom was very modern and spacious. There is a balcony overlooking the street. The staff was very friendly and anxious to provide good service. The hotel is located a short walk from good restaurants and a lively, and apparently safe, nightlife.

I enjoyed my stay. Streets are one lane, tight/crowded, and graffiti everywhere, but that is what I noticed all over Athens. Great area to walk around and convenient to experience whatever you may want to. I would stay there again.

There were stairs to get into the hotel and also stairs to get to the elevator. No one was there to assist with luggage. Very difficult to carry 50lb luggage up and down stairs.

Do NOT stay here unless you don’t like to sleep. Our first night was fine, but the 2nd night the restaurant below the hotel had a party with ear busting, thumping music. We were located on the first floor and told the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. Not good when we had to get up for an early flight. Sad end to a wonderful stay in Greece.

This was a lovely place to stay full of charm - especially their elevator. The rooms were very stylish and we also loved the terrace upstairs with view of Acropolis. The staff went above and beyond to help with any request we had. And the transfer services they arranged was very professional. We were on walking distance of many great restaurants as well as Acropolis. Will definitely recommend this place.

Amazing stay. Perfect for seeing all the key sites of Athens. Everything on the door step. Breakfast delicious. Staff very helpful.

Central location. Really close to Syntagma station/square. Clean and appreciated free water and coffee. No pool, but cute 4th level outdoor balcony with great view of the Parthenon.

Really good find! This property is for those who love to be in the center of urban adventures The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the AC is great ! Rooms are typical boutique hotel nice The restaurant attached is soo good l! One of the best pastas I have had. This place is clean and well maintained . Don’t expect a lobby to hang out , and there is a vintage style elevator, so I don’t recommend this hotel for elderly or have mobility issues

Great stay! A beautiful boutique hotel where everything is new and clean. Close to the Acropolis and restaurants. Also, the receptionist was kind and gave us good recommendations for dinner. Thank you for your hospitality!
