„Oceanview from all rooms is a plus. However there is a busy street in front of the hotel so especially the outdoor area of the onsen on the second floor is a bit noisy. Not the best hotel for enjoying the onsen. Room was very nice, had everything you need. Except the toilet, which was very smelly and definitely needs refurbishing. I wonder why someone puts a tatamifloor in there. It looks nice but is not very hygienic. No wifi in the room. Breakfast buffet was good, mostly japanese style.“

„Staff was not very helpful and spoke no English. The hotel restaurants were booked out and we had a hungry child to feed. We asked where we could find a restaurant and the staff was not able to give a satisfactory answer. I would not recommend the hotel at all.“
