The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender, along with cookware, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses — everything needed to cook a full meal or just make coffee in the morning. The bedroom is dressed with quality bed linens and room-darkening shades for restful sleep, plus generous clothing storage and hangers to unpack and settle in. The bathroom is stocked with hot water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A private patio or balcony with outdoor seating and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill extends the living space outside, ideal for a relaxed evening meal or morning coffee in the fresh air. Air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable year-round, and the building offers a doorman and elevator for added convenience and security, plus free parking both on premises and on the street.
