„Such a great hotel with so much history! It has been beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. The hosts were friendly and inviting, sharing so much of the hotel's history with us. The hotel is clean and spacious, set in a prefect location. We were able to walk from the hotel to explore shops, restaurants, Lithia Park, and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!“

„Lovely space, very well appointed. The interior updating is very nice and the bed is comfortable. However, this is still an old home and had very drafty windows that rattled with the wind wind. The mini split heater is in the living space, but the heat does not extend very well into the bedroom, leaving us pretty darn cold overnight. “

„This is a lovely location. We stayed in the Rosakind carriage house. We had an faulty outlet in the bathroom whi h was replaced almost immediately aftdr I notifed the host. I has bo central heating bit plug ins work fine. Bring your socks or slippers. No shoes reqyested. One thing to know, we stayed 4 nights. All went well e xxept on Saturday night simeone stayed abive us who cane in at 2:40, then were very active in the bedroom for what seened like forever. You can definitely hear stuff like ...
