Finde Asfour-Kristall-Showroom Hotels

„The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel ...

„Helpful and courteous staff. Lovely room. “

„I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cairo. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and modern; robe and slippers, good water pressure, and tea and coffee for the mornings. I know people have mentioned it was a bit noisy but I didn’t think it was noisy, at all. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. 5 stars!“

„Unbekannt“

„At check in we were given a 4 single beds rooms (as free upgrade). Then an hour later we were told that this room was just for 1 night. For the other 2 nights we would have needed to move to another room with 2 single bed. Funny thing is that we had book a room with 2 queen size bed. The room was acceptable but super small and definately not what we had booked.“

„An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!“

„great service, great hotel, thank you very much“

„We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our ...
