„My booking showd all of a sudden a smoker room. I contacted the hotel in Japanese, but they did not care nor answer.
At check in they only had a smoker room for me which was unacceptable for me. They told me to charge for one night and I went somewhere else to stay. Now I am still charged the full amount although I called hotels.com.
I feel cheated by the hotel and by hotels.com who promised to clarify this issue but never did.
Will book at another portal and hotel next time.

„This hotel is amazing. Beautiful rooms with a fabulous view of Yoro and the valley. The food is some of the best I have had in Japan. The service also incredible.
A five minute walk to gorgeous waterfalls and forest temple. And right on the trail to the Mt. Yoro hike.

„For people that love to walk around quiet, not people crowded area. This is the place to go! Restaurants and gift shops are only about a 10 min walk and also a bus stop about the same walk! Very friendly and all cleaned up every day my lady and I went out to explore or eat out! Will come back if ever decide to come back to Japan!“

„I stayed here in July and absolutely loved this hotel! The views from the rooms were beyond beautiful! It overlooks the mountains and river. The spa amenities were quite impressive. The pool, hot-tub, ice cold tubs were all impeccably clean. The temperature was perfect on all three. The beautiful changing rooms with vanities are a classy touch. The morning buffet had a great variety and was delicious! Most of the head staff spoke English. I can’t wait to stay there again. “

"The arrival was perfect. Three employees took care on the customers. All fomalities were done immediately. My room looked like new. There was not any smallest damage at the walls, furnitures and floor. The take-care during my stay was perfect. My room was cleaned up perfectly. The Nagoya station is very easy to reach even if there would be rain. Exit 7 is only a fex steps far away from hotel. In the west of the station you can find a varity of traditional restaurants, the AEON mall and nearby you can find some nice Japanese fast food restaurants. It was a great stay."

"Even though the hotel is very close to the train station the trains do not make too much noise or affect sleeping. The room has great sound and light insulation. There is a hot bath area on the second floor. The vending machines in and directly in front of the hotel didn't have the best drink selection but a Lawsons convenience store is right around the corner. Getting to Nagoya Station (South entrance / Shinkansen) takes about 7 minutes and in 2 more minutes (North side of station) you have access to the subway system which is very efficient for getting around. The single rooms are a bit on the small side but I had no problems placing my luggage fully opened without getting in the way."
