Patton Retreat is a thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday home created for comfort and ease. The bedroom offers a cosy, restful atmosphere with quality bedding to ensure a great night’s sleep after a day exploring Arrowtown and Queenstown.



The modern bathroom is fresh and well-appointed, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The living area is warm and inviting — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or enjoying a quiet morning coffee before heading out. Whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or a longer escape, this private retreat offers a peaceful place to unwind.



Guest Access:

This self-contained private apartment is located beneath the owners' home. Guests use the driveway on the left side of the property, which leads to a private balcony and entrance.

Located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac at 8A Patton Place, you’ll enjoy the peaceful side of Arrowtown while still being just a minute's drive from its historic heart.



Arrowtown is one of New Zealand’s most charming alpine villages, known for its heritage buildings, boutique shopping, excellent cafés, and beautiful walking trails. The famous Arrow River walking and cycling tracks are nearby, and in autumn, the area transforms into stunning golden hues.



You’re also within easy reach of Queenstown, world-class golf courses, wineries, and ski fields — making Patton Retreat a perfect base year-round.



Getting Around:

Arrowtown village centre is just a short drive away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Queenstown is approximately 20 minutes by car, and Queenstown Airport is conveniently close for easy arrivals and departures.



Having a car is recommended to make the most of the region, especially if you plan to explore nearby wineries, ski fields, or scenic day trips.

This is a private retreat located in a quiet family-oriented residential area — we kindly ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.

Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is self-service and is available anytime after 3 pm. Although the owners live onsite, this house is managed by Ron at Premium Holiday Homes.
