„New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! Great services “

„We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes.
The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room.
We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us
That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs.“
