„I was disappointed. House was not cleaned when I arrived at 5 p.m. and we were unable to reach the owner by VRBO message for 4 hours. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and laundry detergent in order to wash the bedding, towels and floors ourselves. I believe there was a mix up with the cleaning company.
