Located in Arès, in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, our lovely new house welcomes you for your stay in a quiet residential area. This location is ideal for discovering the many treasures of this part of the Arcachon Bay: you can stroll along the oyster port with its traditional huts where you can enjoy oysters, relax on the beaches of Arès, or wander through the salt marshes or the Saint Brice nature reserve. Further afield, the Cap Ferret peninsula and the ocean beaches promise wonderful discoveries and magnificent sunsets. Our house is all on one level and includes: - a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a television, - two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm), - a shower room, - a separate toilet. You will have access to an enclosed garden and a terrace with garden furniture (sun loungers, garden furniture) for relaxing and unwinding in complete tranquility. A private and secure parking space is located at the entrance to the property. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee (optional services).
