Morningside is a traditional stone cottage situated in the heart of the Highlands in Bonar Bridge village. The village lines the shores of the stunning Kyle of Sutherland. This cottage is a perfect place for a quiet retreat or to explore the further reaches of the Highlands.
The ground floor: The attractive living room is warm and cosy and is furnished with a 50″ smart TV with Netflix, 2 sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table. The separate dining room adjoining the kitchen offers guests a dining table and chairs, there are occasional chairs for extra relaxation. The fully fitted bright modern kitchen is equipped with plenty of cupboard space, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. There is a door to the garden. The cloakroom with toilet and basin also doubles as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Space for outdoor clothing. The first floor: The very attractively presented master bedroom has large modern skylight windows allowing great natural light to enter the room. There are bedside cabinets with reading lamps, a clothes hanging area, a chair, an en suite shower cubicle with a toilet, and a wash basin. The second bedroom can be set up with a Superking bed or twin 3′ beds. There are bedside cabinets with reading lamps, and an en suite with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. Slightly sloping rural cottage gardens, mainly grass and mature shrubs. Small drop (approximately 2′) from grassed area to gravel below (toddlers beware). On-street parking is free of charge immediately outside the property. The house has electric heating throughout with electric hot water heating. There is an iron and board and hairdryer.
