„Everything in the room was fine, good communication with staff, the view is very beautiful and plentiful of free parking. The only issue is that if you stay in room 3 or 4 and there is other guess. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS. It's hard to get any rest when they are making lots of noise of it they just arrived. They moved us from rooms but maybe they should invest in some insulation in the walls or thicker walls“

„This place with surroundings is the most beautiful I ever was in a hotel. The outside area with breakfast between the trees and looking down on La Spezia is something special. The breakfast offered a small continental selection, fruits, eggs and the typical Italian sweets. The room and bath size was good, not too small. „We stayed in 6 hotels in Italy. This was our favorite. Giovanni was the property manager. First, he met us at the parking garage and put our luggage in a motorized cart. He walked us through the small town to the property and pointed out a good restaurant. There is a set of stairs to the property. Then another set of stairs to the room.
