Bedroom 1 (with en-suite shower room): 160cm bed, clothes storage, air conditioning for optimum comfort. Private bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed and a 90cm bed, with clothes storage and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 160cm bed, storage space for clothes, air-conditioning.

Shower room: Shower, washbasin and WC.

Separate toilet: Accessible from the common room, for greater comfort.

Living room: Bright space opening onto fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi connection. A desk is also available in the room for work.

Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, fridge, hob and all the equipment you need for your meals.

Outdoor terrace: Large 100m² terrace with outdoor table and garden furniture to enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax outdoors.

Travel cot and high chair for families with babies (on request).

We provide a parking space inside the property, suitable for small to medium-sized vehicles. Free parking spaces are also available outside.
