"This hotel was good. Not great, but good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is, again, good but not great. The bed was a bit of a disappointment. We booked a room with a big bed, but in reality it's two single beds pushed together. And they're not connected to each other, so beware of the gap ! I booked this 4-star hotel hoping it would have a small jacuzzi or spa, but unfortunately nothing of the sort. To end on a positive note, the location is fantastic. "

"ok, das Zimmer war gut. Hat alles funktioniert. Ein Minuspunkt sind die Betten. Matratze war gut aber sehr tief am Boden. Zudem brannte die ganze Nacht ein Dämmerlicht welches man nicht ganz ausschalten konnte. Personal war sehr nett. Allerdings das Frühstück war ein Horror und nicht eines Grandhotels würdig. Eine totale Massenabfertigung, voller grosser Reisegruppen und langen Schlangen am Buffet. Angebot war ok aber normalerweise hat ein Grandhotel einen gediegenen Esssaal. Hier war es eine riesige Kantine, scheusslich. Wir haben mit Frühstück gehabt, leider (22Euro pro Person, eine Abzocke) Das warme Essen nur Reis mit etwas undefinierbarer Sauce mit Pilzen drin war sehr kalt und wir liessen den Teller leider stehen, ungeniessbar. Danach haben wir ausserhalb in einem gemütlichen Kaffee etwas gegessen. Schade, das Hotel an sich wäre sehr schön. Zum Glück wegen des Frühstückes waren wir nur eine Nacht dort."

"First of all, Marie at reception was the very best person in your hotel. Very smart and always frinedly and helpful. Howver, the Belfry is may a 4 star, but not a 5 star hotel. Too many details are missed respectively ddidn't work. In our bath room there were 2 empty bottles. We told it to the room service, but nothing happened during the 3 days we have bee in your hotel. Breakfast was not good. The tables didn't look nice. It was not possible to ordr freid eggs. Person was not friendly and cleaning with spray the table next to us. The room overall is a 3 star breakfast room. Crossoints in a cafe outside tasts much better. Espresso absolutely poor. We couldn't use the indoor pool becuae of too bad air. Erverywhere in the hotel its looks as the best time has gone. Many work for painters to make it much nicer. The pictures on your website looks pretty well, but in real it's not as nice. I've been in 5 star hotels and got the service and glamour I'd paid for. Fore me it's the managemnet and the owner who can change it. Finally, big thanks to Maria. She made our 3 days.
