Montara Views 1 is the ideal accommodation in Ararat set 350 meters above sea level, near Montara Wines offers wines, fresh Neapolitan pizzas, and breathtaking views of the Hopkins River Valley, Mount Langhi Ghiran, and the rolling foothills of the Grampians.

One Tree Hill Lookout and Vines Cafe and Bar are just a few of the nearby attractions in the area. It's a cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property—where three other tiny houses sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including our cellar door, which is accessible during open hours. Except for the wine factory on the vineyard grounds, which is restricted to approved personnel only.

By car:

By public transport:

- V-line trains are available to depart in Spencer Street Station in Melbourne CBD on a regular basis to Ararat

- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone networks have good mobile receptions
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared.
- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pit is not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- Guests should refer to the "Safety Handbook" for all applicable safety procedures and protocols when staying at the property.
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
