„As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only ...

„This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again.“

„This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.“

Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm. ...
