„Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Kilkhamton und freuten und sehr über das wirklich gut ausgestattete Haus! Bequeme Betten, Netflix, schöne Einrichtung, gut sortierte Küche..! Auch die Terrasse war toll! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos! Leider hatten wir nicht so tolles Wetter-aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!“

„We had a fabulous time at the barn. Sally was so helpful and made check-in really easy and gave us suggestions for places to visit in the area. The barn had everything we needed and the secure garden was great for our dog. Our 2 year old daughter loved running in the fields and seeing the surrounding cows and horses. „It was absolutely perfect. Riki is a great host, the barn is lovingly and cosily decorated, very clean and you will find everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a modern shower and towel warmer.There is everything from a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. „Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. A bit more garden for our bigger dog would’ve been great, ...

„The host was so tentative and welcoming, and then left us to enjoy the lovely property. There were 13 of us and we all had a lovely time. The dining arrangements in the kitchen were great and allowed us to all sit together to eat. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area was comfortable. „Adorable and quirky little house, oozing with character. Comfy beds, great location for local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore the area. Only slight negative for us was getting used to town noises as we live in a village. The Combat Collection at Cobatton, and Instow beach (both recommended by the host) are worth a visit, and my boys (16 & 14) loved outdoor laser tag at Survival Combat Games.“

„We had a great time at Sea La Vie. It's a fab location, just sit outside to hear the sea and waves coming in, and that's pretty much all you can hear apart from the odd seagull! It's so quiet. Great base for a relaxed surfing holiday. Really well equipped kitchen. We didn't get in the car once in 8 days as there was everything we needed within a short walk. Highly likely we'll be back!“

„The cottage is very well situated in the old part of Appledore in a quiet street with excellent views of the estuary from the cosy upstairs sitting room. A very pleasant place for a winter holiday.“

„Delightful accommodation with plenty of space to for our three generations and what a location. Had not known about Appledore before we went but its just perfect, would definitely reccomend, from the rockpooling and crabbing opportunities with the kids to wandering down to the Coffee Cabin first thing and simply enjoying the holiday atmosphere and estuary views. We finshed with a meal at the Beaver Inn (book early as its busy)- really nice pub. Oh, and not forgetting the Devonshire ice cream ...
