„We had a wonderful time at the Chalet . The beds upstairs had plastic on the bed which made it a little uncomfortable but that is minor. There is a board that is rotten so we placed a chair over it. Over all marvelous “

„The property was beautiful a little hick ups but nothing major however I did not factor in that the house was not handicap accessible my mother is disable no grab bars in the shower and no ramp but we managed overall the family enjoyed the little vacation and that was the most important thing Thanks“

„The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and matched the online description perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub works flawlessly (I would say that the addition of a stool for entry/exit to the hot tub would be convenient, but that is literally our only critique/suggestion). Everything worked and we had no issues during our stay. Communication regarding our reservation and stay was timely and thorough. We will definitely look into this rental again for our next Gatlinburg ...

„We decided to go on short notice & was not disappointed with the place, the bathrooms were very well stocked & lucky for me because I forgot my toothbrush. Very quiet neighborhood & less than 3 minutes from parkway, I bought my golf cart & rode everywhere I needed to go because of Rod Run traffic. The host was quick to respond with a few questions I had, we will definitely return to this property in the future. „This house is absolutely beautiful! It is exactly like the pictures posted. We visited with 5 families, adults with children. The two bunk rooms were perfect for all the kids and they loved it! Plenty of other bedrooms for all the adults. The kitchen was our favorite, fully stocked with anything you needed. The coffee provided was a very nice touch as well.
