Here you will find a home built with the well-being of its occupants in mind. Designed and built around passive solar principles in construction & powered by harvested solar energy.

​Using modern construction techniques and traditional materials, the home is energy efficient and breathes well due to its carefully designed airflow principles, making it a breathable home. With the luxurious use of carefully selected plants, the home naturally filters 95% of common pollutants, like formaldehyde, xylene, and benzene from the air, the home is taking care of you. The home is able to be zoned into three zones with the clever use of sliding doors, allowing guests to take advantage of the villa styled design, and have your own space, while conserving energy use.

​Double glazed floor to ceiling windows, keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. With the use of thermal mass floors to capture the solar light, the home radiates a warm charm when the weather sets in on the great southern coastline. This luxurious setting is not just a token of accommodating, its taking the load off your already stressed mind and body and assisting you to breathe and find, deep inner rest. The home offers you a chance to deepen your restoration and renewal process whilst on retreat/holiday.

​Light plays a major role in our health and wellness, and natural sunlight is what this home offers. With the major living areas drenched in natural light, you will revel in filling your cup, and allowing nature to take its course in aligning your biological and energy systems. This is literally a home that will help you rest, refill and reset. Its accommodation that takes care of you. With partial and full block out blinds, you're also able to manage light exposure so your acheiving a good nights sleep.

​Conveniently located 400m from the beach, you can enjoy your daily swims, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, as they deliver auditory pleasure for your meditative sleep cycle. When mother nature turns it on, you can enjoy the homes swim pool/spa for your daily fix of thermogenesis or a swim.

​We understand that modern day living relies on technology and we understand that electrosmog is a real pollutant that affects the human body. Our home attempts to mitigate as best as possible with the use of EMF Shielding technology throughout the property.

At the heart of the property is your private solar-heated swim spa, one of only a few in the area, ideal for:

• Soothing tired muscles after beach days or hikes
• Gentle swimming and stretching
• Evening relaxation beneath the stars
• Morning cold-water therapy to start your day

The home is set over two light-filled levels, combining comfort with a relaxed, wellness-oriented layout. Sit back with the family and cook up a storm in the kicthen and enjoy the zoned living areas, with a sopace for everyone to rest and rejuvenate.

There is no driveway parking available.
The garage is not accessible to guests.

Guests are advised to park on the street (Holzer Court recommended). Parking instructions are also included in pre-arrival information and the welcome pack.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to:
• The entire holiday rental dwelling
• All indoor and outdoor areas associated with the rental
• A private entrance

There are no shared spaces of any kind.

Other Things to Note – Please Read Carefully
The property includes a separate, detached, fully self-contained apartment located on the same block. This apartment is occupied by permanent residents.

The apartment is completely independent and does not share:

• Indoor spaces
• Outdoor spaces or yard
• Amenities or facilities
• Access points

Any crossover between guests and residents would only ever occur on the public street (for example, when parking), which is not part of the property.
This setup does not affect your privacy or exclusive use of the holiday rental.

Why This Is an “Entire Place”
There are no shared living areas, no shared yard or facilities, a separate dwelling and private entrance, and guests have full control of their space.

Other things to note
This home is not pet friendly

Our swim spa is solar heated only.
Unlike a regular spa or hot tub that uses electric or gas heaters to quickly reach and maintain a set temperature, our swim spa relies entirely on the sun’s energy.
This means the water temperature depends on the recent weather. On sunny days, it heats up beautifully and can become very enjoyable. However, if the weather has been cloudy, rainy, or overcast for several days, the water may remain significantly cooler than a traditional heated spa.
