Boutique Suites Alkioni is steps away from the beach offering all the amenities that guests are looking for, providing privacy as well as breathtaking sea views and majestic mountain views. Experience the colourful sunsets and the bright stars at night and make everlasting memories.

Situated on the beach in north-Crete, near Rethymno, Boutique Suites Alkioni offers spacious outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Enough space to enjoy with your family and/or friends gathering around the tables and enjoying meals together while listening to the waves in the background.

Boutique Suites Alkioni, 240 SQM, can comfortably accommodate 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms and 2 more people if needed in folding beds, couch or baby cots. In total, there are also 5 bathrooms. Baby cots can be provided upon request. We welcome groups of family and/or friends, and of course children of all ages are more than welcome.

Upon entering the fully renovated ground floor, you will find the luxurious living area, inviting you to relax with a comfortable sofa and smart TV, an open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances to prepare your daily meals. You can settle in the 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, completed with 3 modernly designed bathrooms. There's also a washing machine, and toiletries are provided. Outside, in the front part of the property, there's also an open bar where you can enjoy making cocktails.

On the first floor, you will discover another living area with an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. This way your group can each settle in their own bedroom and enjoy relaxing either upstairs or downstairs in the living spaces designed for your comfort.

After stepping outside through the large, glass balcony sliding doors, you will discover the covered veranda that has seating areas and dining areas, and also provides access to the terraced pool (42 sqm) area with luxury sunbeds and views of the garden and the sea. There's also a volleyball field in the garden, right next to the beach, where you can enjoy yourselves sportively. And of course you will find a BBQ to grill away for your group.

3 of the upstairs bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together upon request. One of the bathrooms also is equipped with a washing machine for your comfort.

All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with TV and air conditioning for your pleasant comfort.

There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the property, secured and closed off by a manual gate, and, only at the entrance of the property are cameras for your security.

Located only moments away by car from the nearest beachtowns of Kavros (1 km), Episkopi (3 km), and Georgioupoli (5 km), where you can enjoy the sandy beaches, lovely culinary taverns, cafeterias, shops, and more.

And if you feel like getting some steps in, you can walk to Kavros in less than ten minutes.

The unique Lake of Kournas is less than 10 minutes by car (5 km), where you can enjoy renting a pedal boat around the Lake or have a meal while admiring the majestic beauty that shines over the Lake and the surroundings.

In 15 minutes (11 km), you can reach the springs of the ancient Lappa village, Argyroupoli, where you can explore the different species of fauna and flora while enjoying a meal in the several taverns or take a walk through the historic village.

The town of Rethymnon is easily reached by car in 15-20 minutes (14-18 km), depending on where in town you want to go. And in 40 minutes (40 km), you have reached the Venetian town of Chania.
