We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. Zozo was the hotel attendant and she was so sweet and engaging and making sure you had everything you needed. The amenities are not often seen in hotel rooms.
