MónicaLamentamos las molestas pero le comentamos que su cambio fue para darle un up grade y su nueva habitación contaba con una cama King size y un sofá-cama, con gusto le realizamos el cambio pero fue algo tardado (unos minutos) por la hora del cambio y estar a casa llena.Lamentamos los inconvenientes y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar nuestro servicio.
