Welcome to the Rempart Duplex, an elegant, fully renovated 53 m² duplex, where old-world charm meets contemporary décor with clean lines. With its high ceilings, glazed mezzanine, exposed beams and stone walls, this flat offers a unique atmosphere, ideal for a stay with family, friends or two couples.

Situated on the first floor of a typical building in Old Antibes, you’ll enjoy a prime location just a stone’s throw from the ramparts, the beaches, the Provençal market, Port Vauban and the many restaurants that give the old town its charm.

This duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and has been designed to offer everyone their own space and privacy.

It comprises:
- A beautiful, light-filled living area with a lounge, television and dining area;
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery);
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite shower room;
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite shower room;
- Two separate toilets.

Everything is within walking distance, in a typically Mediterranean atmosphere where it’s a pleasure to wander from alleyway to alleyway.

The flat is situated on the 1st floor (no lift) of a building in Old Antibes.

Transport:
Old Antibes is a pedestrian zone, so access by car is not possible.
The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are a 5- to 8-minute walk away.
