„Good stay at Port Blair“

„What really made the stay great was the staff and the food, which was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I had to wait a couple of hours before being able to get my room 6pm instead of 2pm. They were nice enough to invite me to a complimentary buffet dinner for compensation, which was useless as I was staying on a half-board basis. Dinner was already included. „The facility was very sweet, they packed us breakfast at 6am since we had a flight to board.“

„Good property. Very near to airport. Very affordable . No negatives “

„The rooms was big enough, comfortable and everything was clean. The owner was very nice and helped us with everything we need. “

I was not informed or asked before cancellation and at 2 am in morning when I was deep sleeping, I received call from hotel.com and told that my booking is cancelled. Hence 1st worst was the cancellation of booking by hotel at last moment and 2nd is the customer care of Expedia or hotel.com who waste your time by pulling you in long calls and ultimately with no resolution. I will advise to book through better competitors like MakeMyTrip ...

„Room was fine and staff are helpful.“
