"Leider gab es keinen Room Service Zimmer wurden einmal in der Woche gesäubert. Internet war gut, sehr sehr kleiner Pool und Poolanlage sehr überfüllt zu wenig bis fast keine liegemöglichkeiten für so viele Hotel Gäste teilweise sind Gäste in der Wiese gelegen mit einem Handtuch am Boden."
"Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming.
Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room.
Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious looking, the bar has a cozy atmosphere and one of the best Cocktails I've ever tasted. They also have an restaurant but I can't comment on that.
They provide a shuttle every half an hour to the downtown of Lisbon, they also pick you up where they leave you in 30 minute intervals, which is nice. There are also cabs in front of the hotel at every hour of the day.
There's a little kiosk next to the hotel (5 minute walk) where you can get some necessities, Lidl and a train station are also close.
Overall really satisfied, I also got a little cake and a bottle of champagne because I spent my birthday there, can recommend the hotel to people who spend some time in Lisbon. "
