Hotel mitten in der Party Zone
Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit einem 7 jährigen Kind. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Keine Ahnung warum das Hotel „Family“ im Namen verwendet, es liegt mitten in der wohl lautesten Party Ecke in der Altstadt. Jeden Abend Live Musik die man prima im Zimmer mit verfolgen kann. Zum Frühstück muss man 100 Meter in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Der Bereich zum Frühstücken war sehr nett und das Frühstück ok. Ich würde das Hotel mit Kind nicht mehr buchen.

Hülya hanım ve diğer çalışan arkadaşların güleryüzlü ve ilgili oluşu için teşekkür ederiz. Otel Kaleiçinde tarihi dokusu olan bir bina bar ve restoranlar sokağında ama gürültü olmadı. Tv çalışmadı ama 1 gece konakladığımız için önemsemedik. Çok güzel bir kahvaltı vardı.

This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

The girl that worked in this hotel was more then rude.When tried to talk to her she said no English .Without any explanation she was pushing me to sign visa receipt, which I signed because she was pushy. When they showed the room where we needed to stay I almost had a panic attack because the room has very very small window, I felt I was like in tunnel.I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in that room I asked the room with normal size of the window .They called someone who speaks English he said I have to pay if I want the room with windows . On the internet the price for the room was the same as the one I paid for. I tried to show them on the internet the price they didn’t want to look at it.I was was very disappointed with their behaviour and ended up crying.At the end they told me you have three choices: to stay in this room; to pay more to have better room or we will give you money. I gave them visa card and told them I want money back. They just ignored me.I came back tomorrow asking them why they didn’t accept my card , they told me that they cannot refund me today as the offer was for yesterday . They advised that Expedia, told them: “we heard your and her(mine) story we don’t know what happened, do not pay her(me) .”I contacted Expedia and they told me that they are still waiting for response from the hotel. I paid hotel room that I didn’t stay in. That was on Oct 4,2023 and I still have not received any response from them. Instead to enjoy my vacation I had this …

Mrs Sabrina The room you bought is our only room with a small window. In expedia, there are pictures of the room and it is also written that the window is small. When you arrived, you behaved in a way that disturbed our other customers. With all our good intentions, you walked away screaming, even though there was no cancellation policy. Since we did not know whether you would come or not, we could not give the room to another guest. As hotel employees, we work for guest satisfaction and are polite people. Frankly, this attitude and your comments saddened us.

Nydelig beliggenhet, alt i nær radius.
Flott beliggenhet, behagelig pris, stort rom, varmt vann i dusjen, nydelig milkshake, hyggelig personale. Masse restauranter rett utenfor hotell døra. Litt biltrafikk utenfor, så med små barn er ikke å anbefale. Alt i alt perfekt for meg, jeg booker der igjen 😊

Mycket bra Hotel. Jag stannade 4 dagar men hade lust att stanna 1 månad. Ett av dom 3 bästa Hotellen jag har bott på ock jag har rest mycket. Ett stort plus är Mr Franco's Pizzor. Du hittar bara bättre i Italien. Jag kommer med glädje rekommendera Famous Family House till mina vänner och bekanta...höll på att glömma tacka den mycket trevliga Personalen !

We were checked into the wrong room! And this was smaller than the one booked! This room seemed much older and less modern than the one booked and was dirty. As we had arranged a trip and had to be out within 5-10 minutes to make our connection, we decided to deal with the problems on our return. When we communicated our displeasure to the manger he was helpful and said he will try and get the room booked for the next day. At this time I was informed that we could have our drinks and meal free of charge! At this point we were having a drink after our tour and resting. Later we had a meal and 2 drinks and retired to bed as we had a tour booked for the next day at 9.00 am. As we got ready for bed the manager came to the door and tried to insist on payment for our meal & drinks. When I challenged him on this. He told me he only meant what we were having at the time, before our evening meal? I was later informed the owner said the drinks & meal would not be charged for. The next day we had a trip booked for 9.00 am breakfast only started at 8.30 am which left little time as it was served even later we could not eat our breakfast & had to leave. On our return from our trip we were informed that the original was ready to see. However we were to tired to contemplate moving, so decided to stay were we were.

Merhaba bay MartinRezerve ettiğiniz oda ile size verilen oda aynı odadır. Buna rağmen sizin memnuniyetiniz için çalışan arkadaşımız bir şeyler ikram etmeyi teklif etmiştir. Siz bira ve şarap içtikten sonra akşam tekrar restauranta gelip 2500 tl tutarında harcama yaptıktan sonra ödemeyi reddettiniz. Bu rakam odaya ödediğinizden de fazla. Buna rağmen bu yorumu yapmanız çok şaşırtıcı. Otelimiz sizin adınıza restauranta 2750 tl ödeme yapmıştır. Ayrıca otelimizin temizlik konusunda oldukça hassastır. Yine de misafirliğinizde bizi seçtiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz.

We stayed in room 402 in August 30th 2023 for 4 nights. There was a dead coachroach on entering the premises. The room was a quite small for 4 people. We were shown to our room and then there was absolutely no service. I got extra toilet paper from the restaurant attached to the hotel. No one came to clean the room and the garbage kept piling up despite my request to have the room cleaned. We ate breakfast once. It was average, but you can only eat breakfast when the restaurant is open. If you need breakfast at 7am for example, you would be out of luck. The fellow at the reception was friendly but didnt know much about anything as he was new and he was rarely there. There is no lobby area, so when you are tired of your room, there is no place to go outside the room. The hallways were also dimly lit. The lighting was really inadequate. This hotel really need an upgrade. We were fooled by the image on expedia which did not reflect the aged hotel it is. A difficult experience on the whole. To my surprise, there were many other places in the neighbourhood with the same price and with so much more facilities.

Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was supposedly at 8am. It was moved to 8.30am. Yet when we sat down to dine at 8.30am, we were told that the kitchen staff wouldn't be in until 9am. We had tours booked so for the three days we were there, we weren't able to avail any breakfast at all because of the above reason. Aside from that, there was often no one in reception when we needed something.

I will like to people know about this Hotel, please be aware of the rooms are terrible smell from the bathrooms , poor condition , nothing like the pictures show is a big Scam , I can’t understand other people live a good reviews maybe they don’t know what is a decent hotel for the value , is cheap prices but we been in cheap hotels but decent , this is cheap and contaminated by mold , the bathroom door was broken so as soon as open and close the glass door is felt on top of my feet I went to the emergency to have medical assistant , the door was roten & discomposing wood , no windows , very poor condition , we ending booked another hotel Kiana KALEICi is just around the corner almost same price $20 more and was so beautiful place all renovated I fully recommended Wen we arrive late at night the reception smell like a someone dead inside so hot , the guys was sleeping in the couch all was so disgusting , I can’t believe people stay in that place !!! We living next morning at Kiana kaleici hotel , and I didn’t expect any refund just I want people know and I don’t want others have our bad experience !!!! The place need to be close & renovate all , is a very bad experience I will let all the real pictures from this place take a pic Expedia not even take any action on this situation !!! But again I don’t expect refund coming from this type of people running such a terrible place !!!!

The hotel location is great, but the rooms and service are subpar. We were given a small room with a tiny window. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom smelled moldy. The shower door was so rusty that I had to lift it up to open and close it! The towels were old and scratchy, so I ended up using my own swimming towels. The bed sheets were also threadbare, and you could see holes in them. After one night, we asked for a better room. The new room was only slightly better. The service was also very poor. The staff was distracted and inattentive. It took them over an hour to bring us breakfast one morning, even though we were sitting outside in the hot sun waiting. It's a shame that this hotel, which has such a great location, is so poorly managed. The rooms are definitely not worth the price we paid. The hotel should invest in new sheets and towels, upgrade its bathrooms, and hire/train better staff. I hope that the hotel will take my feedback into consideration and make some improvements. With a little effort, this hotel could be a great place to stay.

Location couldn't be better for people arriving by foot. It is right in the center of the old town (Kaleici area). It could be a problem to drive in the narrow streets leading to the hotel that does not have parking space.

Llegamos muy cansadas. El recepcionista nos llevó a nuestra habitación. Amplia, con un baño totalmente funcional y moderno, con provisión de pantuflas, secador de cabello, del de ducha, shampoo, acondicionador y jabón en barra. La habitación tenia un sillón, silla, placard, tocador, mesa pequeña con variedad de café, tés, agua mineral, vasos, tazas, jarra hervidora y una pequeña heladera estilo frigobar. El hotel siempre estuvo limpio. El desayuno adecuado. Nos prepararon una vianda cuando salimos temprano de excursión (budín, sandwich, agua y jugo). El chico que nos recibió, además, nos ayudó telefónicamente a encontrar a nuestro guía cuando nos perdimos en Pamukkale, nos llamó taxis cuando lo requerimos, y nos permitieron dejar las valijas luego del check out. Está en pleno centro de Kaleiçi pero es notoriamente más silencioso que otros. Me gustó mucho. Lo recomendaría y volvería a ir si vuelvo a Antalya

İnsan sağlığını tehdit ediyor
Odanın banyosu sağlık açısından çok kötü ve banyosunda böcek bulduk. Sağlıklı olmadığı için Orada konaklama yapmadan ayrıldık. Otelden tam ücret iadesi istediğim zaman olumsuz dönüş yaptılar. Fotoğrafa bakmanızı tavsiye ederim!

Değerli Misafirimiz,zahmet edip bizleri değerlendirdiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz.fakat sizlerin de belirttiği gibi konaklama yapmadınız hijyen ile alakalı bir durum olmadı. evet kabul ediyoruz siz geldiğiniz sıra otelin üst katında duşa kabin yenilemesinden dolayı biraz gürültü oldu ( toplamda 1 saat dahi sürmedi ) ama siz odada sadece 5 dakika bile durmadınız polis raporunda ve kameralarda mevcuttur. sizler gürültü ve ekonomik odanızın üst kat olasını istediğiniz için maalesef yardımcı olamadık yani ekonomik odalar aşağı kattır. buna istinaden konaklama yapmadınız. ve en komik olan durum ise 2018 yılında otelin eski ismi BLUE SEA GARDEN FAMİLY HOTEL olan ve yabancı misafirin çekmiş olduğu görüntülerin ekran resmini alıp paylaşmanız.tabi ki gürültü gibi bu durumlarda daha dikkatli olacağız . . . sağlıklı günler dileriz
