All the facilities of the villa are reserved exclusively for its visitors. You will therefore have private access to the entire villa and its bungalow. Under the Villa there is an outbuilding reserved for the owners who never occupy it when guests are present in the Villa.

The price of the stay includes: end of stay cleaning, one cleaning per week (2 to 3 hours for the bathrooms, floors and kitchen), one change of bed linen and towel per fortnight. If guests want more maintenance services, CAP SXM our property manager will offer them extra. The Secret Harbor villa is equipped with a clean water tank to avoid any water cuts during your stay. Smokers will refrain from smoking inside the villa. Appropriate ashtrays are provided on the terrace. We recommend renting a car. The Villa is split into 2 parts, separated by a sublime salt water infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the bay of Anse Marcel. The first part accommodates a huge living room with a large open kitchen, a laundry room, a beautiful bedroom with bathroom with terrace access and sea view, upstairs a Master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. The view from the bed is spectacular! The second part is an outbuilding with a bedroom with access to a small private terrace, sea view, a dressing room and a bathroom. A large terrace will allow you to take your meals outside while contemplating the port, the sea as far as the eye can see and the hills.
