„We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon ...

„One of the best cottages in the Rustico/ Cavendish area! The two bedrooms are perfect for a family and the cottage is spacious with beautiful views. Nice that there's a playground and beautiful path to the water and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Cottage #1 is closest to the road and does get traffic noise but think the higher number cottages are probably very quiet. “

„Nice property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the cottages could have been better. The kitchen lights were not placed in good locations making the kitchen dark. No light over the sink and counters so when it was “uncomfortable” prepping meals. “

„Die Saison war vorbei, nur wenige Unterkünfte standen zur Verfügung. Das Shining Waters ist gut erreichbar. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Auffrischung. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Der Hinweis auf das benachbarte Restaurant war allerdings ohne Wert: es war geschlossen. Aber bei Chez Yvonne's in New Glasgow, nur wenige km entfernt, wurden wir hervorragend bedient. Aber auch sie werden in Kürze das Restaurant bis zur nächsten Saison schließen. “
