Komfortabel, Praktisch, Gut
Schönes Hotel, sauber mit sehr freundlichem Personal mit Top Englisch was in Frankreich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Leckeres Frühstück. Stylische moderne Zimmer. Alles seht sauber und nachhaltig was den Umweltschutz angeht. Parken vor der Tür ging nicht aber für Parkhaus gab es 30% Rabatt. Pro Nacht 12,-€ Parkgebühr ist ok. Restaurant unten war auch lecker, die Rooftop bar eher etwas ungemütlich/langweilig und ziemlich kühl von der Temperatur… Das Umfeld trotz Bahnhofsviertel top, nur leider ab 7.00 Uhr etwas laut…also nix für Langschläfer…

Prima Lage, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Keinerlei Lärmbelästigung dadurch. Schnelle Anbindung nach Genf und den anderen Orten am See durch die Bahn. Hotel ist auf dem neuesten Stand und absolut empfehlenswert.

Neues zentrales und ordentliches Standarthotel
Manche Mitarbeiter checken anscheinend die Software des Bezahlsystemes nicht, so dass das Bezahlen mit EC Karte nicht funktioniert. Aber es gibt auch sehr kompetente und nette Mitarbeiter. Maches könnte besser geputzt sein.

Im großen und ganzen war es sehr gut.
Die Zimmer sind neuwertig sowie das Hotel. Es liegt gegenüber einem Bahnhof wo aber kein Zug Lärm zu hören ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht wie ich es von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte. Das parken im Parkhaus ist ok aber man kann trotz ec und Kreditkarten funktion nicht mit der Karte bezahlen. Der Parkhaus Betreiber ist absolut unfreundlich und will kein Englisch sprechen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes neues Hotel, welches sicherlich erst vor einem halben Jahr fertig gestellt wurde. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und in der Umgebung werden auch sehr viele Neubauten errichtet. Es liegt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, welcher aber nicht störend ist. Das Parkhaus liegt 100 m vom Hotel entfernt und ist gut erreichbar. Man kann fußläufig in die Stadt gehen (Annemasse) und dort shoppen und essen. Mit dem Auto nach Genf sind es circa 10 Minuten. Eine sehr gute Alternative zu den etwas teureren Hotels direkt in Genf. Kann ich bestens weiter empfehlen.

I actually did not realize that this hotel is located in France rather than Switzerland until I noticed that my Swiss SIM card did not work. The hotel is new, modern and well furnished. The standard room is not big. The restaurant is good and very reasonably priced. It is right at the train station, from where it was about 20 minutes ride to Geneva. If you have Swiss Travel Pass, you need to buy an additional supplement fee for about 2euro one way to take the train.

The hotel is just opposite the train station. Breakfast is very good. The staff are very accommodating esp. Paula, Lizbeth, Maureen and Jen. Don't know the other young lady's name in reception. Will recommend as great proximity to explore some places in Switzerland and France but Annemasse is work in progress - nothing to see. Comfortable bed. Our room tidied up everyday. Aircon is off during our stay so we have to open the window all the time hence we would hear all the noise from the outside. Don't know what month the hotel's aircon would be turned on. Minor problems in the room solved right away but the shallow shower tray is a problem as we would always put towels to prevent the water sipping through the carpet. We were in room 618 overlooking parking lot.

Très cher Et la qualité n’était pas au rendez-vous
Je descends souvent à cet hôtel, et pour la première fois j’étais très déçu, j’ai ces journées plusieurs nuits ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, ils ne m’ont pas remis les bouteilles d’eau alors que j’avais une chambre supérieure pour quatre personnes. Le lit était très mal fait elle les draps n’était pas propre.

I love this property. Geneva is crazy expensive, and Annemasse—while a bit less glamorous than Geneva—is great! Cheaper food in the area and relatively easy access directly into town. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Just rush hour commutes can be a bit squeezed in the train.

Ok, but could've been better
The stay became uncomfortable when we noticed that the room was not clean. The kind woman inte reception gave us another room however not that clean either. The elevator was difficult to use due to cards that all the time deactivated. The door of the toilet in the room was to heavy for my kids to open (they are 5 and 6), and had a automatic closing so it couldn't be held open by itself only manually. The breakfast was lovely, I was only missing out dark bread.

Geneve Option on the edge of town
Nice hotel on the edge of town. Day pass for city trains 12 CHF. Tram system is a walk from the hotel and easy to use to get around town. Trains are fast from Geneve to Annemasse. Room was impeccable, no complaints.

El Hôtel es moderno y con excelente limpieza … en costo y beneficio está muy bien ya que se encuentra enfrente de la estación.. Esta a 20 min del centro en tren vale la pena el traslado.

No for a family
Room cleaning is poor. They skipped the daily cleaning if not spesifically asked from the reseption. No duvet for our baby, so he slept under a towel. Staff seemed super nice but seemed to had close to no training and usually had no idea what is happening.
