Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming little outbuilding for rent in Annebault, which can accommodate up to 2 adults. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchenette, a shower room and a mezzanine under the attic (accessed by a staircase, reduced ceiling height), with a crossbeam 1 m above the ground, meaning you have to bend down to get to the bed. There is a 70 m² garden adjoining the owner's garden, which is used intermittently, and the main house. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed, adjustable coffee table and folding chairs under the stairs.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including a microwave oven, hob and Nespresso pod coffee machine.
- A mezzanine-type bedroom on the first floor with a beam 1m above the floor, a double bed (140×190) and a single bed under the eaves with a crossbeam (maximum ceiling height 1m80).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- An unenclosed but delineated south-west-facing garden of 70 m², adjoining that of the main house and the owner's house (who is present intermittently), with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
