Oceans 1 is a premium holiday home located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with our House Rules and full Terms & Conditions.
Strictly:
• No parties, functions, events or large gatherings.
• No Schoolies bookings.
• The responsible guest must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
• The home must be treated with care and left in a clean and tidy condition.
Failure to comply with our House Rules or Terms & Conditions may result in additional charges, immediate termination of your stay and/or forfeiture of your security bond.

Locally Managed
Oceans 1 is proudly managed by Host Port Stephens. Your local host, Jaymie, lives in the Port Stephens area and is available should you need any assistance before or during your stay.
