Octopus is a villa worthy of the greatest Hollywood movies: An impressive villa ideally located between the beaches and the Gulf of Chiberta with a beautiful garden and heated swimming pool.

THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
Octopus is an architect's villa located on the edge of the Chiberta golf course. A contemporary villa, with a very pure style. The volumes of the rooms are incredible, ideal to welcome large families in the greatest comfort.

THE VILLA
Octopus is organized on 3 floors. Access is via the ground floor where you will find a first suite with direct access to the garden. A private elevator is at your disposal on the ground floor, giving you access to the first and second floor of the villa. On the second floor, you will have access to a huge living room, composed of a large open kitchen, a sitting area and a huge dining room. This large living room opens onto the terrace and the heated swimming pool.

THE BEDROOMS
The master suite is located on the 1st floor and consists of a dressing room and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the second floor, you can enjoy 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden and the golf course.
The last suite is located on the ground floor.

PRACTICAL SIDE
You will find an office open to the outside on the second floor of the villa from which you can work in a quiet environment. Outside the villa, you can park up to 3 cars.

WHAT WE LOVE
The terrace of the villa overlooking the heated swimming pool and the golf course is a real asset. The outdoor living room is comfortable, and you can relax there while waiting to have lunch around the large outdoor table. A plancha and sun loungers are also at your disposal.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Octopus is ideally located between the beaches of Anglet and the Golf course. A quiet location, on the edge of the bicycle paths that will allow you to enjoy your vacations in the greatest comfort. You can easily reach the city of Biarritz, or Anglet's seaside restaurants and bars.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
