„The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure “

„The property is cheap if you compare it to other locations. Anyway the apartment is clean. The area around the location isn‘t that appealing. There is many trash on the streets and you have to ride the train vor 40minutes to get to downtown. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here 😊“

„Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Studio war gemütlich und liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend. Bis auf den Kühlschrank und dem Grill war alles sauber. Wir haben dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt, dass die beiden Sachen dreckig sind, aber außer einem " zur Kenntnis genommen " kamen keine weiteren Antworten und unternommen wurde auch nichts, somit haben wir den Kühlschrank dann selbst sauber gemacht. „Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sauber und aufgeräumt. Sie reicht zum Übernachten auch weitestgehend aus. Ein paar Kritikpunkte habe ich doch. Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Es fehlt an Besteck ( keine 2 komplette Sätze vorhanden) auch wären ein paar Gläser ganz nützlich. Ein zweiter Bettbezug und Decke ( falls man getrennt in Bett und auf der Couch schlafen möchte) sollte auch vorhanden sein.
