„We had a wonderful week at High Tide! We stayed with four couples, and the house was a perfect fit for us all, plenty of space, comfortable gathering areas, and fantastic beach access. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and chairs, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The beach and the views were spectacular!The only downside was the downstairs bedroom mattress, which wasn’t very comfortable, but moving upstairs to the fourth bedroom ...

„This was a beautiful and very clean property. I traveled with my grandmother who was a house cleaner for years. She was super impressed with the house. It was clean, beautiful and convenient to anywhere in Pawleys island. We definitely recommend staying here. Just be prepared to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. We had an amazingly lovely time. “

„The property was very well situated on the 3rd floor, with a screened in porch overlooking the 4th green of True Blue golf course, as well as conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and amenities on Pawley's Island. The unit was very clean and furnished with all of the necessary needs for a pleasant stay. Excellent communication with Marie and Buddy with very timely responses to questions. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here on future trips.“

„This was an excellent place to stay. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again. “

„Absolutely love staying here. It’s our 3rd time and we will certainly be back! Location is great, it’s clean, the bed is comfortable and the communication with the owners is great. „Host was spectacular. She answered emails within an hour. The condo was extremely clean and being on the 1st floor was a plus. Check in was easy. Condo had everything we needed to make meals or order dinner in. Wifi worked for our needs. Everyone in the facily was nice. The pool that was across the street from the condo and was very clean. Plenty of parking. Property is ideal for long stays for a family. We will definitely be staying here again. “

Our granddaughter enjoyed a short swim in the big pool which was nice. We had some issues with the code to enter but after a phone call all was fine. "Eine hochinteressante Unterkunft mit eigener „Kneipe“. Der Besitzer braut selbst. Leider trafen wir ihn nicht an. Das Zimmer ist prima und die Konversation per Nachrichten auch unkompliziert. Leider haben andere Bewohner bereits abends die Teilchen fürs frühstücken aus dem Korb genommen. Das fanden wir unmöglich. Auch das geteilte Bad ist nicht jedermanns Sache. "
