„Varning för JZ Luxury Apartment!! Vi använde gas/ugnen för att laga mat. Efter ett tag började det lukta gas! Tog då kontakt med ägaren som talade om att gasugnen inte fungerade, att den läckte gas. Livsfarligt. Dessutom luktade det gas även då spisen användes så den vågade vi inte heller använda. Diskstället gick sönder och porslin krossades. En toalettring lossnade, fästena hade rostat sönder.
