The rates were slightly on the higher side owing to the holidayyum season but still not exorbitant for the amenities offered. Location was perfect and at walking distance from the beach and cliff. âVery nice compact hotel.. near rooms good food.. only suggestions pl provide a proper route map to reach the hotel from say Kollam or Kochi. Google maps takes you to very bad roads along beach if you are self drivingâ

Hotel staff go out of their way to help you, they arranged our transport wherever we wanted to go and prices were fantasticâ

âthe location is amazing ...overlooking the sea with access to wide open beaches and no people - a big contrast to Verkala north cliff beach. The place was clean , modern and the staff went out of their way to assist us with adapters, taxis, etc... The food was excellent though a bit overpriced. I would love to visit again !â

âSehr gute und ruhige Lage. Gute AtmosphĂ€re. Sangeetha und ihr Partner waren aufmerksam und super lieb! Ich war in einem der private rooms, welchem noch auf jeden Fall Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen! Mir war es leider auch etwas zu schmutzig, MĂŒll von Partys blieb lĂ€nger liegen, volle Aschenbecher, das Zimmer war auch nicht super sauber. Dennoch wĂŒrde ich wiederkommen:)â

âHotel is located on the main cliff top by the heli pad. Very conviently to walk straight along to the numerous bats and resturants along the cliff front as well as get to the beach. The room was spacious, clean and working AC, fan and a min fridge. Wifi reception was good and overall a pleasant stay at this hotel.â

âReally sweet spot just off the beach up a commerce alley. Jishnu the host was very nice and helpful with getting comfortable. Hot shower if you want it - but Iâve learned to love taking cold showers here - and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well appointed. I will be back here at the Gypsy next year for sure.â

âThe property was not actually at the beach. There was construction going on at the back. Water in the pool was stagnant and wasnât being filtered. And there was a very bad smell in the room. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. The only only thong i liked is the staff.â

Itâs a shame I had planned to move elsewhere or I would have happily stayed at this property.
