This host cancelled our stay one hour before our arrival, and only because I called VRBO to ask where our checkin instructions were. I’m still in disbelief at the lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs!!!

I had this booked since January of 2025 and the day of as we were leaving to California I received a notification saying “your reservation has been cancelled.” No explanation from the host, not call to explain, NOTHING! I had this booked far in advanced for my friend’s bachelorette party and the host Nathan decided to cancel on us last minute. We’d understand things happen last minute, but there was no communication between me and the host. If you’re looking to stay here just be aware that you might get cancelled on last minute.

Cancelled last minute. No notice. Requested code to start my stay and promptly received cancellation. Same day no additional help just cancelled. Traveling with family and pets…Had to scramble to find accommodations same day. Booked in March… held money until the day off arrival.

Booked for the weekend. Payment was collected from my credit card. The day right before the check in day. The host Nathan canceled our reservation. I tried to ask why and all I got was it’s not available. We had to booked another house on a different platform and the cost a lot more since it was last minute. Be cautious and check in before your trip to make sure your reservation isn’t canceled. We would have appreciated an explanation for the cancellation.

Disappointing, didn't expect toilet to clog up on the morning of our checkout. Popcorn ceiling is possible with asbestos which is unhealthy and/or toxic. Parking charge was a surprise, it should have been included in the daily charge instead to be an unexpected additional charge of 25 17.29% tax per night! Wifi access was a joke, slow as snail. So sorry to say this is the worst hotel experience for us!

Feels like home, everything is close, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, beautiful house with everything we needed, very clean and everything looks new ! Host very communicative and always available for questions. 10 mins away from Disneyland. 100% recommended.

A MUST STAY HOME CLOSE TO DISNEY

If you are looking for the perfect cozy home for you and your family or friends, THIS is the home! The host is truly the kindest, caring host we’ve ever stayed with. He truly takes caring for his guests to the best level! Christmas lights, decorations and a tree were all set up to make the house even cozier. Everything was super clean.The neighborhood was quiet and right down the street from grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Overall one of the best experiences! Disney is ten minutes up the road! Bunk beds, high chair, and even a kids play scape in the back! It’s perfect for any kind of guest setting. We were able to have Thanksgiving here and what an amazing experience. It never felt like we were here for work because each night we went home it TRULY felt like home! If you’re looking for a home with it all, look no further. This house has everything with the best host to make it a full package. I highly recommend it to anyone and evetone!
